As part of a broader redesign of Herman Miller’s flagship showroom in New York, we created a series of strategic interventions to showcase the company’s full range of office chairs. The installation was designed not only to highlight the breadth of the collection, but also to create an interactive experience - allowing visitors to test and compare the different models firsthand, and better understand how each chair supports the unique needs of various users. These interventions supported a more intuitive and engaging customer journey, reinforcing Herman Miller’s leadership in ergonomic innovation.
